Molecular studies provide very useful information on predicting the evolutionary history of species, species ecology and for describing new species. Dryomys laniger is an alpine that endemic to Anatolia, inhabiting high rocky areas. Its known distribution consists fragmented isolated populations. In order determine a phylogenetic tree was created with one mtDNA two nuDNA. Thirty-one samples were collected from 6 populations distributed in Anatolia. Among these populations, Subaşı plateau (Antalya) Çiçekliboyun (Niğde) are records According result this study genetic distance between Eastern lineage Western 7%. Beside distance, clades morphologically significantly different each other.
